The server, running
The very same application you would install, with generated journeys instead of yours. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to install.
What you will find
- A journey in progress, updating while you watch it.
- The track coloured by speed, with tappable waypoints: each one shows time, altitude, accuracy, satellites and battery.
- The elevation profile and the journey summary.
- The list of past journeys, browsable by period and by month, with three years of history.
A few caveats
The journeys are made up: they all follow the same route, from the centre of Bologna up to the San Luca sanctuary. You can delete them, but reloading the page puts them back.
In the demo the journey list opens with no password, which a real installation does ask for.
